Yes, on select homes. We offer lease-option and owner-financing arrangements on some properties. Availability and terms vary by home, so contact us to find out which current listings qualify.
Why do some homes show both a rent and a sale price?
Those homes are available either way. You can rent, buy outright, or ask about working toward ownership.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property. Some homes are dog and cat friendly. Ask about the specific home you're interested in.
Do you have commercial space?
Yes. We currently have office and commercial suites available in Montgomery, including on S. McDonough Street, Wall Street and Mt. Meigs Road.
